Update.... 2 months after starting with Retinol T3 & Collagen& Hylaronic acid supplements & extra Vitamin C......believe it or not I’ve lost just under 2 kilos on the second picture but my face looks plumper. The Retinol definitely needs to be used very sparingly and initially and still today it can bring you out in spots. I’m no beautician by the way this is just my own personal opinion & blog. I have noticed a very small change in the fine lines & my skin definitely more plumper & increased collagen. Im Now 52 years old and any help is more than welcome.
